Personal Touches at Events

I am constantly striving to make my events more memorable to my attendees, while maintaining a balance between business and enjoyable entertainment. However, with our current economic climate, I am now also more focused than ever on the event budget and bottom line. Therefore, I continue to look for ways to make memories and incorporate “big ideas” and “creative strategy” into my events without breaking the bank…

Sometimes this strategy requires me to spend less money and more time personally executing my own personal touches into the event details, so that even though fewer dollars have been spent, the attendees still feel special before, during and after the event.

Whether it is adding inexpensive ancillary event elements I can incorporate myself, such as creating a candy buffet as a giveaway, instead of purchasing an event favor or downsizing to a minimal floral arrangement and adding eye-catching food color into the water for a bright and cheerful rainbow; I try to continually look for ways to incorporate personal style into my events, lower expenses and take a hands-on approach to execute them.
