Those letters after your name say more than you think!
When you go to the doctor you search for an MD. Why? To verify they are professional and have the expertise needed to help you. The same is true for the special events industry. The CSEP designation is the hallmark of professional achievement in the special events industry. It is earned through education, performance, experience, and service to the industry, and reflects a commitment to professional conduct and ethics.
Certified Special Events Professionals also report being more marketable to employers and clients. If you have an interest in obtaining a designation that illustrates your experience, professionalism and special events industry acumen, then earn your CSEP and set yourself apart from the competition!

If you have any questions regarding the process, please contact the CSEP committee in our region: Jen Poyer, Sara Hunt, or Dawn Abbott, 720-203-4226.

Who should I follow? What should I tweet? And who cares what Ashton Kutcher had for lunch?
For many people, Twitter is a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma. The stripped-down nature of Twitter makes it daunting to know where to begin, but it is this stripped-down nature of Twitter that also makes it such a flexible and powerful tool.
So here’s a quick guide for friends in the Special Event industry on how to get started, how to tweet, and an overview of some of the cool features.
